If you received Sale-A-Bration product credits and attempted to redeem them on 20 April, a system error may have shown your credits as forfeited. We are working quickly to update our system and return your product credits as soon as possible. Given that the credits were valid through the day of 20 April, we are extending the due date to use your product credits through 23 April, 11:59 PM (MT). As you look for your returned credits in the rewards section of your reports, please make sure to refresh your browser. If your credits do not appear, start a demonstrator order and add product up to the amount that was forfeited. You will see the total amount of credits you have in the box above.
