Stamping with Other SUDSOLers

Charlotte Lindmeier
I was surprised that there weren’t more SUDSOL members that get together to stamp and share ideas.  I do realize Covid would make that harder lately.  Thanks to those who shared with the rest of us.

Our question this week was:
Do you ever get together with other SUDSOLers to stamp?  How did you get started?
************************************************
Yes, once a month 8-10 of us get together. I call us the “Stampin’ Sistas”! Three of the members will have a “shoebox project” for each of us to make, and we do a card swap as well. It is a great way to “compare notes” so-to-speak, discuss items that we’ve seen or read about on SUDSOL.
My uplink organized this small group of business-minded members.
I look forward to it each month.

Unfortunately, the nearest SUDSOL member lives about 2500 miles from me. I don't know specifically who that would be, but that's where California sits relative to Hawai'i.

I do try to join in the SUDSOL Zoom Paper Pumpkin sessions occasionally. Thanks to those who set that up.

I'd like to clarify what Diane said - of our little group, probably half are on SUDSOL.
Our upline, Gail Beezley, is one of the original members of SUDSOL. She has
always encouraged the ladies in her downline to join SUDSOL. We don't meet specifically
for a SUDSOL get-together. We are just local friends who get together to stamp.

We try to go south for a couple of weeks in the winter each year. Are there any SUDSOLERs in the area of Lake Wales, Florida?  Maybe we could get together sometime.
