SU!: packing problems?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble with the packing of our orders?  I received about 5 different orders this wee.
 
In 1 box alone a large wood set case and a small clear case was broken and the paper torn....  I replaced with one of mine but will be calling DS tomorrow. 
 
I opened one and the mini glue dots I had ordered the boxes were crushed on both of them. 
 
One of my hostess orders someone ordered the tag book bundle and they sent me a extra book, stamp set and block.  I called DS for sure and offered to send it back .
 
Now today I open one and I had ordered some dazzling diamonds and the lid was not on tight and the package it is in is torn and glitter is all over everything in  the box and in the box... over half of my glitter is gone....
 
Also a customer placed a on line order and she only got 1 case of a stamp set where is it in 2 cases... 

  Anyone else?  my box is not damaged so not a UPS issue...

I have had the same problem. Lots of broken cases and dented cardstock. I had a workshop order with 50 plus items in it all laid in a box with one piece of bubble wrap on top. Nothing to protect the items on the bottom. When I called DS for replacement cases and told them this is not the first time I have had to call about this they said they were working with UPS on this problem. I said it is not a UPS problem the box was in perfect condition. You cannot put all this weight on this cases and not expect them not to crack. More bubble wrap seems like a good idea to me. Of course the person I was talking to dismissed it so I am sure it was never repeated to anyone.

I have had this problem as well.  I haven't had many orders lately, but
every one that I've received in the past couple of months has had something
broken, dented, and/or torn.  You are not alone.

The old ss cases were stronger/sturdier, even though I like the new ones…  UPS has been playing catch with my boxes and my heavy ones - well they drop all over and the corners are smashed..

 

If you have been to the SLC office during convention, you see the boxes they put together.  They are brand new unbent etc.  The damage is from the weight shifting in the box and the manner of which they are taken care of if you ask me!  

 

I have a new UPS person – lady now, and she moans and is a PITA, my other USP person – guy was awesome!

 

I know when I get a box from UPS now, because I hear a crash on my deck, yes she drops it on it’s SIDE, or upside down.. guess she can’t read….  All over the box says this side up… waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa  

 

Oh and she puts in right in front of my door so I can’t get out if I’m home and I have it to get in, if I’m out…  nope never had words with her, it’s just her ‘way’… waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa X2

 

I normally love my UPS person…. But this new witch….  Yikes, I have been trying to kill her with kindness, but she is what she is..

I've very having damage in nearly every order for the past 10-12 months similar to what yo describe. Also other local demos   However the boxes are damaged. Our theory was that it's a problem with new Stanton, pa, ups hub.  I get no satisfaction from ups or su.  Su replaces the stuff but as I point out that doesn't make up for customer dissatisfaction when they needed the item and the time I spend calling both places and handling orders twice
