SU!: Gift Card slider

This idea was inspired by our own Jackie Topa who thought up the  
amazing tab idea with the envelope punch board -- then Linda Heller at  
stampingschool made a version with Santa's List -- so I had to make a  
fancied up version with Christmas Collectibles. I love the way the  
gift card slides up -- these were a big hit at my recent classes.
