How is your downline doing this month?
Take 15 minutes to look at your downline sales so far for the month. Are they close to the next commission level? Are they close to earning great rewards points? Are they a new demo that may qualify for Stampin' Start incentives?
Many times, demonstrators don't realize that just a little more in sales can increase their income (or other rewards) by quite a bit. There are several sweet spots on the SU! commission scale where increasing your sales by just a little can mean a higher percentage of commission on all of your sales for the month.

Here is a quick cheat sheet on the monthly sales data break points to keep an eye on....


$300 ($400 CAN) - Stampin' Start monthly goal & you can start earning downline override


$400 ($525 CAN) - increase in volume rebate to 5% & downline override


$600 ($800 CAN) - increase in downline override


$700 ($925 CAN) - increase in volume rebate to 7%


$900 ($1200 CAN) - increase in downline override


$1000 ($1300 CAN) - start earning Great Rewards for the quarter and increase in volume rebate to 10%


$1200 ($1600 CAN) - increase in downline override


$1500 ($2000 CAN) - increase in volume rebate to 14% and downline override


$1800 ($2400) - increase in downline override


$2500 ($3400) - increase in volume rebate to 16%


$3500 ($4800) - increase in volume rebate to 18%


$5000 ($6800) - increase in volume rebate to 20%


If you've got downline that are close to the next break point, make sure they know!  There is nothing more disappointing than finding out after the fact that if you had just put in $10 more in sales you could have earned $20 or more in commission!
