"No Contact" setting

I just posted a request to change this from the default setting to a choice when placing an order online. One of my downline received an order where two Envelope PunchBoards were ordered. She has no way to follow up with the customer to see if this was intentional or an error. :(

I agree…I had an order…it’s been over a week and the tracking does not show ANYTHING.  I have no way of contacting this person and seeing if they received their order.
