annual catalog

Kathleen Brandt
None of my customers have received their catalog in New York. Has anyone in New York have customers who have received theirs? I'm a little frustrated at this point.

I had several customers who had not received their catalogs, and DS sent them replacements. I queried the rest to whom I’d had catalogs sent by SU! and they had received theirs.  DS said I should give them the list of names and addresses of customers who didn’t receive catalogs and they would send them new ones. Those whose names I gave them got their replacements by first class mail.

I have many customers that have not rec’d their catalogues in Canada.  They are asking for replacements and this poses a problem.  I would have to purchase the catties AGAIN, then mail them out and in Canada mailing is not cheap.  Who is going to compensate for this financial issue and not to mention the inconvenience.  I can’t calculate how much money I have lost using the mailer.  I am so done with it this time!!!  I have submitted this problem to DS and the sandbox and they have basically told me that once it goes in the mail it is out of their hands.  Why continue offering such an unreliable service it tarnishes the name and we lose customers because they don’t get their catalogues.  Very frustrated

I only used Mail Selector for sending out catalogs once or twice early in my demonstrator days. Because it goes by surface mail, boat, they weren’t getting them until almost a month after the catalog went live so I stopped using it. I realize that it is an issue with USPS, not Stampin’ Up! I now order boxes of catalogs and hand them out myself since most of my customers are local.

The problem isn’t always with USPS, but can also be a problem with the company SU! hires to do the mailing.  I had better check with the customers I sent catalogs to.  I heard from two that they had received theirs, but hadn’t heard from anyone else.

I only used Mail Selector for sending out catalogs once or twice early in my demonstrator days. Because it goes by surface mail, boat, they weren’t getting them until almost a month after the catalog went live so I stopped using it. I realize that it is an issue with USPS, not Stampin’ Up! I now order boxes of catalogs and hand them out myself since most of my customers are local.

I have many customers that have not rec’d their catalogues in Canada.  They are asking for replacements and this poses a problem.  I would have to purchase the catties AGAIN, then mail them out and in Canada mailing is not cheap.  Who is going to compensate for this financial issue and not to mention the inconvenience.  I can’t calculate how much money I have lost using the mailer.  I am so done with it this time!!!  I have submitted this problem to DS and the sandbox and they have basically told me that once it goes in the mail it is out of their hands.  Why continue offering such an unreliable service it tarnishes the name and we lose customers because they don’t get their catalogues.  Very frustrated
