Where can i find out what Stampin' Up! recommends to recruits for their starter kit?

I have a recruit who wants my advice on whether what Stampin' Up! recommends is a good idea for her. But I can't find a list of what's in the recommended kit anywhere. All the links I get on the SU! website are for old, no-longer-available articles.
