Three Weeks Left to Redeem Flex Points

The last day to redeem flex points from the 2017–2018 Stampin’ Up! year is October 31, 2018. You can view and redeem your flex points under Ordering>My Flex Account. Please keep the following in mind as you are making plans and redeeming points:

  • Read the descriptions and place redemptions carefully. Since this rewards program is closely tied to earning the incentive trip, there cannot be any rollover of points. Consequently, all selections are final; there are no refunds or exchanges for Flex Account items.
  • All flex items are available while supplies last.
  • Flex items are not tied to a specific Stampin’ Up! year; items will come and go throughout the year.
  • Product credits redeemed for in the Flex Account after October 1, 2018, are based on the payout factor in effect during flex point redemption—not the payout factor in effect when placing the product order. (If you have unused product credits you redeemed flex points for prior to October 1, 2018, their value is based on the September 30, 2018, payout factor.)
