Got Flex Points?

The deadline to use flex points you earned during the 2016–2017 Stampin’ Up! year (October 1, 2016–September 30, 2017) is fast approaching. Make sure to redeem your points by 11:50 pm (MT) on October 31.

What if you’ve redeemed all the points you can and you still have some left? This year we’ve teamed up with two global charities for a fun competition. Today through October 31, you can use flex points to vote for Ronald McDonald House Charities and/or Make a Wish Foundation.* Each point you redeem in the Flex Account for one of these charities counts as one vote for that charity. Once a charity reaches 1,000,000 votes, we will donate $5,000 USD. The charity with the most votes will receive an additional $5,000 USD. We will announce the winner at OnStage in November. We also encourage you to bring handmade cards to donate to RMHC at OnStage. Thank you for all you do to make a difference to others!

*Please note: Due to complications regarding tax laws, this option is only available to demonstrators in North America and South Pacific, and the winning charity will only be announced at OnStage locations in these regions.

Paper Pumpkin’s Season of Style: Part Two

Paper Pumpkin’s Season of Style is in full swing, and we’re thrilled with the response we’ve had so far. If you heard about October’s adorable shaker card kit, we have good news: November’s kit is every bit as amazing. The projects are so easy to make that even beginners can put them together in just a few minutes. And besides being adorably cute, they will definitely help add heart and a handmade touch to your Christmas celebrations. So call, text, email—do whatever you have to do to encourage your friends to subscribe at paperpumpkin.com by November 10 at 11:50 PM (MT)! Happy sharing! Important note: If your customers missed signing up for the October kit but would still like to purchase it, they can get it in the online store (while supplies last) when they become a Paper Pumpkin subscriber beginning October 23.

Help Us Prevent Stampin' Up! Knockoffs

What do Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, and Stampin' Up! all have in common? They make quality products that some not-so-nice people want to replicate (poorly) and sell for their own benefit. It's unfortunate, it's illegal, and it's something we'd like to see stopped. As some of you are already aware, a few low-quality knockoffs of Stampin' Up! products have been surfacing on e-commerce sites like Ebay, AliExpress, and Alibaba. We wanted to say thank you to those of you who have already reached out to us about this issue and let you know we're currently working to resolve it. Please help us put an end to this problem, and continue watching out for—and notifying us of—any fake Stampin' Up! products. You can send all comments related to this issue to athornton@stampinup.com

Three Weeks Left to Redeem Flex Points

The last day to redeem flex points from the 2016–2017 Stampin’ Up! year is October 31, 2017. You can view and redeem your flex points under Ordering>My Flex Account. Please keep the following in mind as you are making plans and redeeming points:

  • Read the descriptions and place redemptions carefully. Since this rewards program is closely tied to earning the incentive trip, there cannot be any rollover of points. Consequently, all selections are final; there are no refunds or exchanges for Flex Account items.
  • All flex items are available while supplies last.
  • Flex items are not tied to a specific Stampin’ Up! year; items will come and go throughout the year.
  • Payout factor changes that take effect October 1, 2017, will affect CSV product credit values. (Product credit currency values are determined by your country’s payout factor at the time you use the product credit on a demonstrator order, not by your country’s payout factor when you redeem for the product credit in the Flex Account.)
