UPDATES: March 16, 2018 ; STAMPARATUS WINDOW 2 UPDATE

STAMPARATUS WINDOW 2 UPDATE

Isn’t it awesome when everything goes pretty much according to plan? We think we can say that about shipments during Stamparatus Window 1, and now we can’t wait for more of our demonstrators and customers to get their Stamparatuses during Window 2. 

And we have good news! While we announced that Window 2 would have two different shipment dates—March 20 and one in early April—we’re excited to tell you that all reservations from Window 2 will be ready to ship in March.

Please note that (due to factory shipment schedules) we will stagger our deliveries by market: North America, the South Pacific, and Japan can begin finalizing their orders on Tuesday, March 20, while our demonstrators in Europe—who may experience shipment and customs delays—can begin finalizing their orders approximately one week later. 

As you prepare to finalize your order for Window 2, please keep the following in mind:

  • Make sure your demonstrator profile tax information is up to date.
  • Take care not to delete the Stamparatus from your order. If it is deleted, we will return it to the order; however, there will be a delay. 
  • You may add other items to your order; also, current promotions will apply depending on when the order is closed.

Thanks to everyone for their amazing support as we work to get this fantastic stamping tool in the hands of as many demonstrators and customers as possible—before it goes live in the 2018–2019 annual catalog!

How does the Stamparatus order work if I already have an open hostess order that I want to include this item with?

 

Is the Stamparatus done on only as a online store order (using the hostess code I already have)?  Or is there a way to see it in OEX to include on the order?

My understanding is that it's done online since you are given an order number but since it's treated as a regular order, I don't see why you or your customers couldn't  use your host code. 
Unless it's your stamparatus order,  I don't believe there's a way to see open orders of your customers on oex. I may be wrong, but that's my understanding.

It is an online order — that you will open by logging into your online store account. Then you can add an item to so it will be over $50 and earn an SAB item — and you can add the host code in the shopping cart box.

Currently, the only way to get the Stamparatus is on a Demonstrator order that Stampin’ Up! creates, not a regular order.  And if you delete it, you’ve lost the Stamparatus.  The most recent email from Stampin’ Up! says you can get it back if that happens, but it will delay shipping.

I don’t think you can put a host code on a demo order, but you can add other items to the demo order.

You have to go to “Modify Order” to find it. I think it is a DEMO order. I suggest you transfer anything on an existing DEMO order to the Stamparatus order, selecting any SAB and Rewards items you qualify for, and then submit the order. Once you have submitted the order, go back and delete the other one. This is precautionary, to prevent you from accidentally deleting the wrong order.

I got the email that my Stamparatus is ready.  There is no demonstrator order, and if I create one, it does not appear.

 

I went to my on-line store account and there it is.  I have an online account so that I can order what I need prior to a workshop or class (being very careful that it is less than 30 days before the class or workshop) and get credit for the purchase.  This is one of the best things SU ever did to help our sales and benefits.

 

I have a workshop open, I will use the hostess code on my Stamparatus on line store order so I get the sales credit toward that workshop.   All I need to do is add 1 small item to my order to get to $50 so I will also receive an SAB item.

And now I am thinking – it might depend on how we ordered it.  I know I worked on the best way to order.   Since we didn’t know when it would be available, I ordered  mine through my online store account so that I could order it right away and use the hostess code for any upcoming workshops or catalog shows.

STAMPARATUS WINDOW 2 UPDATE

Isn’t it awesome when everything goes pretty much according to plan? We think we can say that about shipments during Stamparatus Window 1, and now we can’t wait for more of our demonstrators and customers to get their Stamparatuses during Window 2.

And we have good news! While we announced that Window 2 would have two different shipment dates—March 20 and one in early April—we’re excited to tell you that all reservations from Window 2 will be ready to ship in March.

Please note that (due to factory shipment schedules) we will stagger our deliveries by market: North America, the South Pacific, and Japan can begin finalizing their orders on Tuesday, March 20, while our demonstrators in Europe—who may experience shipment and customs delays—can begin finalizing their orders approximately one week later.

As you prepare to finalize your order for Window 2, please keep the following in mind:

  1. Make sure your demonstrator profile tax information is up to date.
  2. Take care not to delete the Stamparatus from your order. If it is deleted, we will return it to the order; however, there will be a delay.
  3. You may add other items to your order; also, current promotions will apply depending on when the order is closed.

Thanks to everyone for their amazing support as we work to get this fantastic stamping tool in the hands of as many demonstrators and customers as possible—before it goes live in the 2018–2019 annual catalog!

I just finished my order... It showed up in my order list as an order that needed to be modified.  I received a second email following the one copied below.  Perhaps you need to look in your email for the "follow-up" email.  It had very detailed instructions on how to complete your order.  Now I just hope that it will arrive this week, we will see :-)

And now I am thinking – it might depend on how we ordered it. I know I worked on the best way to order. Since we didn’t know when it would be available, I ordered mine through my online store account so that I could order it right away and use the hostess code for any upcoming workshops or catalog shows.

I got the email that my Stamparatus is ready. There is no demonstrator order, and if I create one, it does not appear. 
I went to my on-line store account and there it is. I have an online account so that I can order what I need prior to a workshop or class (being very careful that it is less than 30 days before the class or workshop) and get credit for the purchase. This is one of the best things SU ever did to help our sales and benefits.
I have a workshop open, I will use the hostess code on my Stamparatus on line store order so I get the sales credit toward that workshop. All I need to do is add 1 small item to my order to get to $50 so I will also receive an SAB item. Phyllis Strickland
