Since January, we have been sharing a 9-week series of videos about Stampin’ Up!’s values via Succeed Weekly. If you’ve missed them—or you just want to rewatch them—you can find them all on the demonstrator website under Happening Now > The Inside Story.
Note: Demonstrators on these videos who are sharing their experiences with Stampin’ Up!’s values speak in their native language; however, all videos have been captioned in English, French, German, and Japanese. You can turn the captions on by clicking on the Settings button (it looks like a little gear) on the video, and then choosing Subtitles.

Issue with Doubling Orders Fixed Online
Over the past year, Stampin’ Up!’s IT department has been working to identify an issue with the online store that periodically resulted in a customer’s order being doubled. We know this has been a source of frustration for you.
Thankfully, the IT department has identified what they believe was the major contributor to the issue and have fixed it. There is a small possibility that there could be other contributing factors not yet been identified; so if you see cases of this happening again, please let Demonstrator Support know. Thank you for your patience!
DBWS Outage March 17
On Saturday, March 17, 2018, from 5:00 AM (MT) to approximately 8:00 AM (MT), IT will be performing maintenance, which will affect the DBWS website only. Ordering for all markets will be functional during that time. Thank you for your patience!

OnStage Registration Is Now Closed—Plan to Watch OnStage OnLine
OnStage registration is now closed. Can’t make it this April? Don’t worry—we have the next best thing! OnStage OnLine will be available on April 12, so you can watch parts of OnStage from your living room. Better yet, message your stampin’ friends and schedule an OnStage OnLine party. Just add popcorn and projects—and enjoy the OnStage experience together!
Greek Isles Incentive Trip Travel Allowances
To help you plan your flex points for the Stampin’ Up! year, we wanted to let you know that we will offer travel allowances for the Greek Isles Incentive Trip. These allowances will be available in the Flex Account in mid-September.
TRAVEL ALLOWANCE AMOUNT
FLEX POINT VALUE
TRAVEL ALLOWANCE LIMIT PER DEMONSTRATOR
Remember, in order to redeem for a travel allowance, you must first redeem for the incentive trip to which it is tied. When you redeem a travel allowance, a cash deposit will be made into your account on file. Because the travel allowance is deposited as cash, you can use the money in any way you want. The travel allowance isn’t meant to completely cover all extra expenses for the trip; it’s meant to help reduce the out-of-pocket costs of travel-related expenses such as baggage fees, excursions, extended stays, additional guests, etc. You can read more about travel allowances here.
New Recruit Folder Available
The Recruit Folder (item 114554), found on the demonstrator Supply Items page, has been updated with the newly refreshed Stampin’ Up! logo and is now available to order. Visit the Supply Items page for more details.
Tutti-Frutti Cards & Envelopes
Our Sale-A-Bration Tutti-frutti Cards & Envelopes have been so popular that we came close to depleting our supply—and with all factories in China closed down for Chinese New Year’s, we didn’t know how we were going to continue to support you and your customers with this product for the remainder of Sale-A-Bration. Fortunately, we were able to find another supplier; however, because of this, you may see some variations in the product. But don’t worry—both versions uphold Stampin’ Up!’s high quality, and we just wanted to make you aware of the difference.
We'd Like Your Feedback on Occasions Catalog and Sale-A-Bration Brochure
It's already been a couple of weeks since the occasions catalog and the Sale-A-Bration brochure were launched, and we hope you're thoroughly enjoying the new products! We're eager to receive your feedback because we're always looking for ways to improve. So let us know your feedback via our fun tool, the Product Idea Sandbox.
And, of course, should you have any other product suggestions independently from this catalog, the Sandbox is the place to make them, too.
