ONLINE STORE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MIGRATION ISSUE
A small number of customers have accounts and order histories in more than one Stampin’ Up! market. These accounts have not migrated to the new online store because we could not determine which country was their preferred country. This small group of customers will not be able to log in with their existing username and password in the new online store like most customers, but we have sent them this email instructing them on what they need to do. Although you are not likely to be asked about this, we wanted you to be aware of the email in case you have a customer who happens to be one of the few.
