We’re excitedly planning our first-ever OnTour events that will be held in various locations throughout May! These three-hour events will help kick-start the annual catalog in your business and help you connect with other local demonstrators so you’re ready to sell the new products. They’ll be simple, no-frills sessions that focus on networking and business training from our demonstrator development managers and your fellow demonstrators. And of course, it wouldn’t be a Stampin’ Up! event without some stamping too! Our aim is to reach those of you who are interested in learning tips to increase your sales but may not be able to travel to one of our OnStage Live or Local events.
Keep in mind that we recommend you attend if you live near one of the events and can easily get to and from it the day of the event. They’re simple and only three hours long so we don’t want you to travel a long distance or incur hotel costs to attend.
We’ll have some more details for you by the end of February such as price, at least some of the locations and dates, and registration information. We can’t wait to see some of you at OnTour!

Status Update: 2019 Holiday Catalog Guaranteed Items
Shortly before the 2019 holiday catalog was released, we published a weekly update that introduced a new process we were trying that made a selection of items guaranteed to be orderable (even if an item went into Backorder status). After we published this update, we didn’t reinforce it with follow-up communications. For that, we apologize.
To get you all up to speed, the results from this new process were . . . inconclusive. The sample size wasn’t quite big enough, and other variables made it difficult to gather actionable data. We may offer guaranteed items again in the future, but that decision has yet to be made.
One way you can help us gather more information is by sharing your feedback in the Product Idea Sandbox. We’re particularly interested to hear how/if you used the information about our selection of guaranteed items during the 2019 holiday catalog sales period. As we mentioned in the August 27 weekly update, we’re always trying to better our best. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we look for new ways to improve your business and ours.
Any Reason Is a Good Reason for #simplestamping!
We’ve loved what you’ve been sharing, and we can’t wait to see more! We’re still sending surprises to thank participating demonstrators for posting their #simplestamping projects; have you shared yours yet? (Remember: We want as many people as possible to see your creation, so please share your card outside of the Demonstrator Planning Place to get as much exposure as possible.)
Here are the creative parameters for February’s #simplestamping challenge:
February #simplestamping Challenge
