New this Week

Updated Payout Factors for New Quarter

The payout factor is used when converting CSV to your local currency to determine how much you will be paid. Because the payout factor closely relates to trending exchange rates, we will evaluate it for potential changes on a quarterly basis. During this evaluation we consider the previous 12-month, 6-month, and 3-month trends, and then we adjust the payout factors as necessary. View the payout factors for the current quarter and the payout factors for the new quarter in the CSV and Payout Factor Changes document under Business Resources>Compensation Plan. As previously announced, the CSV factors will be evaluated annually and payout factors will be evaluated quarterly. Remember the value of product credits is based on the payout factor at the time they are spent, not when they are redeemed in the Flex Account.

Annual Recognition Corrections

An incorrect tiebreaker was applied when calculating Top Performers in Each Country for Recruiting and Leadership. This error only impacted demonstrators who tied in these two categories (it did not impact the Top Performers in Country for Sales, the Top Overall in Each Country, or our Global 100). We have spoken with each demonstrator affected by this error to discuss and resolve their individual situation. To ensure that this does not happen in the future, we’ve reviewed our awards application and processes and have put additional validation measures in place. We’d like to take this opportunity to apologize again to all who were affected by this error.

In addition, based on demonstrator feedback we’ve replaced the Incentive Trip Achievers list, which included only those who redeemed for the incentive trip, with a Flex Point Achievers list. The new list includes demonstrators who earned 100,000 or 160,000 flex points during the Stampin’ Up! year. This aligns with the categories we recognize at OnStage.

Demonstrator Support Hours during Week of Christmas

Demonstrator Support will have different hours during the week of Christmas (December 26–29). They will be available from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (MT) during this time.

No Shipping during the Holidays

Our distribution center will be closed for several days as we celebrate the holidays. Please note that there will be no shipping on the following dates:

  • December 25–26
  • December 29–January 1

Reminder: You can still place orders via OEX while we are closed. Demonstrator support will also be available December 26–29.

Back in September, we pledged to match your hurricane relief donations to the American Red Cross until October 31. We're pleased to announce that through your generosity and kindness, you raised $20,438 USD. And, as promised, Stampin' Up! has matched this amount, totaling $40,876 USD in donations!

We just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the many, many ways you demonstrate your love and support for others. You completely embody our Statement of the Heart: "To love what we do and share what we love, as we help others enjoy creativity and worthwhile accomplishments . . . in this we make a difference." We feel so unbelievably proud to know you and are so grateful that you are part of the Stampin' Up! family. Together, we have made a difference.

Flex Account Charity Votes

In October, we introduced an opportunity to put your extra flex points toward a good cause by voting for one of two charities. A big thank you to all who participated! We are pleased to announce that both Make a Wish and Ronald McDonald House Charities exceeded one million votes and have received a $5,000 USD donation. Ronald McDonald House Charities came in first with the most votes and received an additional $5,000 USD bringing their donation to $10,000 USD. Thank you so much for your excitement around this opportunity and for your kindness and generosity. It was wonderful to see you use your points to make a difference.
