Annual Catalog Pricing Information

In less than a week, you get to see a PDF of the 2018-2019 annual catalog! The catalog PDF will be posted on the Catalogs page at 1:00 PM (MT) on April 9.

Before you take your first peek at the new catalog, we wanted to make you aware of upcoming pricing changes. We regularly review our pricing, taking into account global exchange rates, product and other costs of doing business, and market comparisons. When it comes to making changes, we try to be very conservative.

After evaluating all of our markets, while we are making some changes, we are choosing to not make changes that are as significant as our research warrants.

Below are the main price changes that will be reflected in the 2018-2019 annual catalog, taking effect on June 1, 2018. Please note that new pricing will also be in place for all catalog-related promotions, including the Product Purchase Premiere and the annual catalog preorder.

Overall Price Increase (CANADA)

Due to the factors listed above, there will be an average three percent increaseon all products in Canada.

Individual Product Price Increases (ALL MARKETS)

The factors listed above have necessitated price increases for

  • Most paper products
  • All Cello Bags
  • Acetate Card Boxes
  • Metallic & Linen Threads
  • Ink pads

Please note: This and any other information regarding the 2018-2019 annual catalog should not be shared with customers until the preorder begins May 2. Review the “Promoting Catalog and New Product Releases” section of the Demonstrator Policies document for more information.

Retiring Lists Coming Soon

On April 9, at 1:00 PM (MT), we will post the retiring lists for 2018 occasions and 2017-2018 annual catalogs. These last-chance products will only be available through May 31 or while supplies last—so check the demonstrator website on April 9, and make your “must have” list!

Paper Pumpkin Prepaid Subscription Pricing Structure Revision

Important note: This announcement does not affect month-to-month subscription pricing.

At Stampin’ Up!, we’re always trying to streamline our processes and improve our service—all in an effort to make it easier for our demonstrators to do business. In our latest effort to enhance your customers’ experience with Stampin’ Up!, we are restructuring prepaid subscription pricing in order to simplify shipping and handling charges to one consistent standard among all products, thus allowing us to better integrate Paper Pumpkin into Stampin’ Up!’s product line. We want to make sure you understand fully how this change will impact your business and why it’s important.

Currently when an order is placed containing a Paper Pumpkin prepaid code, the standard Stampin’ Up! shipping charge, added to the order, excludes the prepaid code. This is the only Stampin’ Up! product in which the standard shipping charge is not added to the item cost at checkout.

Beginning June 1, 2018, the standard shipping charge for Stampin’ Up! orders in North America ($6.95 USD/$9.95 CAD OR 10% of your purchase of $69.50 USD/$99.50 CAD or higher) will be added at checkout to the total order including the prepaid subscription code. This standard shipping charge will be added to an order containing a prepaid code regardless of whether or not the prepaid code is ordered alone or with other Stampin’ Up! products.

In addition to the change above, the prepaid item pricing has been adjusted. To see the adjustments, click here.

Please note that the final impact on the cost of an order containing a prepaid code under the new shipping and pricing structure will vary depending on diverse factors including 1) the specific prepaid subscription being ordered, 2) whether or not the prepaid code is being ordered alone or as part of a larger order, and 3) whether or not the order that includes a prepaid code reaches the minimum quantity to receive the shipping rate of 10% of the purchase.

To fully understand the revised pricing structure and the impact of this change on your business, we encourage you to get all of the important details by clicking here.
