BASIC WHITE FLYER UPDATE


We are excited to hear that the Basic White flyer has been useful to many of our demonstrators and customers! For those who would like a more ink-friendly version, we have created another version of the flyer that requires less ink to print. You can find the updated version of the flyer here (US | CA). 

As a reminder, we recommend you print this out and put a copy of it with any catalogs you hand out so your customers can easily access the new ordering information for these products. We hope you find this updated version of the Basic White flyer helpful.

THE 2020 AND 2021 ARTISAN DESIGN TEAMS

The 2020 Artisan Design Team blew us away this year with their creativity and inspirational projects. Their talent and unique perspectives have been a wonder to behold. We want to say a huge thank you to all 16 members of this phenomenal team!

COUPON CODE VS. PRODUCT CREDIT CLARIFICATION

We’ve recently received some questions from demonstrators about the differences between coupon codes and product credits. We’d like to provide some clarification on how these work.

Coupon codes are primarily a customer promotional item. Because of this, coupon codes can only be used to order products available through our customer shopping options like the catalogs and our online store (commissionable items).

Product credits are a demonstrator-only perk. This means that product credits can be used at the demonstrator’s discretion to order products or items on the Supply List (non-commissionable items). 

The Supply List is a demonstrator-only shopping option. Since Coupon Codes are only for customers, this means that Coupon Codes cannot be used to order Supply List items.

Please keep these considerations in mind as you plan how to redeem your coupon codes and product credits. Be sure to check the Rewards Report to see your current product credit balance.


NEW RESOURCES ON DBWS (ENGLISH-ONLY)

With the launch of each catalog, we have been providing you with English-only Catalog Sample Recipes PDFs in the Print Lab (e.g., January–June 2021 Mini Catalog Sample Recipes).

We are now making it easier to share the information in these PDFs with your customers by adding the sample images to the DBWS Resource Library Marketing Toolkit. These deliverables will be English-only as we are pulling text directly from the PDF.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • We’ve taken individual project photos from the PDF and made them each a separate shareable for you to send to your customers.
    • For each sample, we’ve used the sentiment and catalog page number as the title.
    • We pulled the Instruction text from the PDF and added it as the DBWS description.
    • You cannot change the title or description of the resource, but you can add your own explanation when you share it.
  • The Add to Cart feature is available for most of the products used to create the projects.
    • We have not always included every product used to create the sample, but instead opted to leave a few more basic, commonly-owned supplies out to keep the overall cost low.
    • When a customer clicks on an image you have shared, they will be taken to a full image of the project and an Add to Cart option, where all the products that were used on the card will be selected and they can add those items to their shopping cart. They can unselect any items they do not want to purchase.
