Stampin' Blends

Lori Skinner
One of my customers is asking if you can color directly onto the stamps with the new markers. Has anyone tried it yet? I haven't purchased them yet to test it.

Thank you ladies in advance for your vast incite and knowledge.

No unless you want to ruin your stamps. Alcohol ink won't come off.

No Lori, you cannot.  The color would be permanent.

Also, I believe it will destroy the photopolymer ones over time.

In reply to this post by Lori Skinner

I just had a downline member ask me the same thing. I told her definitely not the photopolymer because, like StazOn, it will ruin the stamps; and that although alcohol ink is safe for red rubber the markers dry more quickly and will stain the rubber. I’m don’t think they would stay wet long enough to stamp an image!

I LOVE that we can color pretty much anything else with them!

Happy Stampin’~
