SU!: Re: paper bow 132820 question -- correction

paper bow 132820 question:

http://www.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=132820&dbwsdemoid=2087837

This is a digital product, advertised for owners of ecutters.

Why does the smaller bow have slits/openings near the end flaps? How does this bow go together using the slits/openings? I searched youtube, but couldn't find an answer.

Did anyone purchase the digital file, does it come with instructions?

thank you!

I have this file and used it last year. Are you referring to the bow that has the tails and the loops in one piece? None of the bows on my download have slits on the ends. There are no directions that come with the file. The bow that comes in several pieces goes together pretty intuitively. On the one that is just one piece, you curl up the rounded ends of the bow to the center and add a button or that little round piece where the two ends of the loops meet. I just made a quick one out of copy paper so you can get an idea of what it looks like finished. If I were making one to use on a gift, I would print out the whole sheet with a background and then print my bows on the other side. Then there would be a pattern instead of the white on the loops of the bow.
