SU!: PROGRAM: UPDATES: November 5, 2013: Update to Online Ordering

Update to Online Ordering
November 5, 2013

Last month, we improved the customer ordering experience with several new features. Today we added another enhancement. We've received feedback about customers who try to order from a demonstrator who is not their saved demonstrator, and we've added notifications to help guide these customers.

In the circumstance shown below, the customer has logged in on a demonstrator's website other than that of her preferred demonstrator. Here's what that customer will see.

If a customer elects to shop on the new demonstrator's site, she will need to select whether this is a one-time shopping experience or whether she wants to change her preferred demonstrator, as indicated in the screenshot below.

A customer will see another message if she enters a hostess code that is not associated with her preferred demonstrator.

We're excited about how this will clarify ordering for your customers.

Question... If a customer chooses to change her demonstrator will their former demonstrator be able to see who they are now ordering from?
