SU!: How FAB is SU??!!

I have a new customer...rare for me. I need to wrap her up in cotton wool and keep her safe.
Yesterday she went online an placed an order by herself. Then right after I got the confirmation email I had one from her saying she made a mistake and ordered two of the same ink pad, instead of an ink pad and single stamp. I call DS, unfortunately the order was ALREADY in picking so nothing can be done.
I explain to my customer that only thing to do would be to do an exchange once she gets the delivery, and swap out the pad for the stamp.
Next thing I know ANOTHER order is done online with the stamp she wanted and more stuff! But then I notice if she had placed the order together she would have gotten hostess benefits!!
A call to DS, and not only are they sending her out product amounting to the hostess benefits but EXTRA stuff too!!!
One happy customer and one happy demo!!
I will definitely be sending in a WOO HOO! email to DS!

Yes, they are wonderful about providing Hostess Rewards in such situations!

With regard to the duplicates... I've had two customers do the same thing thing.  I was told they had to do exchanges - even though the order hadn't been processed yet - because of the rules around credit card orders.  Fortunately for both of them they were able to find friends who were willing to buy the product from them so they didn't need to pay shipping to exchange it.  :0)
