Question about tiny envelope die

Jan Farring

IMG_2990.JPG (106K) Download Attachment

I have a customer who found the attached die cut and now wants to figure
out what die set it is from

Note that one side is rounded.

Does anyone have a clue?

Thanks

Jan

RE: Question about tiny envelope die

Cindy McCool

I was going to say Snailed It but noticed that image doesn’t match. Close, but no cigar. So, It’s most likely “old” and will have a Sizzix number etched on the back that will coordinate with the die set number it came from. Most of the Sizzix dies had numbers etched on them of the set they belong to and you can search that number and find the set.

Thank you Cindy

But that's the problem; she can't find the die - just the cut one! LOL

Re: SU!: Question about tiny envelope die

Jeanne Moss

Jan, is she sure it’s a die?  I once had a large punch (non-SU) that punched tiny envelopes.  I know SU had another small envelope die, in the retired Love Notes set, but I don’t think it’s the same one as your picture.

Jan:

I think, MAYBE, this was not a die nor a punch, but traced from a plastic
Template that we sold MANY years ago.  Unfortunately, I discarded my
Old catalogs so I cannot go back and look, but there may be some on
SUDSOL.
