Question about Perennial Essence Vellum

Teri Bean
Good evening,
Does anyone know the weight of the Perennial Essence vellum?  I have a customer who wants to know if it is heavier and if you can heat emboss on it.  I personally do not have this product.  Any one have the answer to these questions?
Thanks so much!

Re: SU!: Question about Perennial Essence Vellum

Judi Carpenter

Hi!  I have the Perennial Essence Vellum.  It's about the same weight as our White Vellum.  I think you could emboss on it, either with embossing folders or with embossing powder and heat.  As with any vellum, you need to be careful because it can buckle under heat.

I have definitely used embossing folders with this vellum. In fact, it’s really cool because one side is slightly white. If you emboss on that side, the raised part of the embossing folders design is white. It’s really cool with the SCRIPTY folder.
