Markers or Blends

1. Mod Podge or
2. Workable Fixative by Krylon

My bet is on the Blends.  Mod Podge is water based so will make the markers run.  Not sure about Krylon.  But, I'm thinking in light coats that can dry quickly -- Blends should be a winner.
