It does pay to report problems to Stampin’ Up! I would encourage the rest of you who have problems with it to also write because this is something that Sizzix needs to fix.

I've spoken to our Quality Department. They would like to have you send in your Magnetic Platform. I will be sending you a new platform on the correction order #20513501 to be sent out right away via First Class Mail to you.
You will be sent return instructions and details in a separate email. Please print "Return to Quality Department incident #17497599" on your return form.
I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your assistance.

I am so glad they actually want to look at it!!! Maybe by the time I hear from customers, the problem will have been solved.
