Jannette,

Whenever I get that message, I lock the page, save the project and close everything, including MDS. Then I reopen the project and that usually seems to help.

HTH,

Jan,

I am not sure about this error but I have had problems printing that I could resolve by running MDS as administrator.

There is an article in SUDSOL called MDS 2 Troubleshooting Tips with information about running as administrator and there is also mention of an error message similar to yours. You might find your answer here

MDS 2 - Troubleshooting Tips

And - I have always had quick and efficient response from technical support 1-800-782-6787

Good luck
