Hostess no longer....

CarolAnn Williams
So I had set up a party for my hostess and had a code for her. She gave it out and has gotten over 250.00 in orders. When I went to close the show she was NO LONGER associated with the code :( What do I do? Does anyone know what happened and how this can be avoided in the future?

Was the workshop created more than a month ago? Hostess codes/workshops expire after a month I thought.

Of course call demo support as they can fix almost anything I would think.

Is the code still there for you to see with all of its orders?  Did you put the hostess in at the beginning?  I often forget to do that bit.  The code still works and just come back at the end when closing out the code and put in the hostess.

Call SU! and they can help you get the orders associated with the Hostess order.

 

As Cathy mentioned, the workshop order associated with a hostess code may be deleted after 30 days.  I have found that if you go into the order before the 30 days is up and edit something, then the clock seems to start clicking again - so that allows you to extend it beyond 30 days if the workshop is further out.
