I send them a card (thank you).....and I send them either some embellishments or some instruction sheets to go along with whatever they purchased or some sheets to keep track of "stuff" ( ink or cardstock colors they have purchased, etc.).

I love making little things to send to them. Maybe a post it note holder, a set of cards, or even a nicely put together bundle of some scraps. I create a thank you with a personal note inside and mail it to them. Who doesn't love happy mail :)

Thanks for any suggestions!
I thank them in one if two ways. 1. Send them a thank you card along with a blank card that they can use for future use. If they aren't a paper pumpkin subscriber, I might send them a card from a past paper pumpkin kit. 2. Send them a package of rhinestones, pearls, or dimensionals. All these items don't cost a lot of extra postage. I notice that most times my on line customers don't order adhesives or embellishments, so sending them the rhinestones, pearls, or dimensionals is a way to introduce them to a new product.
