E-mail notification of online orders

Robin Messenheimer
One of my customers placed an online order yesterday. I never received an e-mail from SU! as I usually do. I found out about the order when I was looking for another order on which I had a question. Then this morning my customer sent me an e-mail saying that she never received an order confirmation and wondered if I'd check to see if her order was placed. It was, and I sent her a copy of her order.

Has anyone else had this happen? I'm not sure whether to bother DS with something like this if it looks like they're already addressing it.

Yes.  I sent in an order yesterday and did not get the conformation notice either and was wondering if it went through.

My customer placed an order this weekend and I did not receive an e-mail notification of the order.  In our conversation, she did not mention whether she received an e-mail notification.  However, I could see the order in my Order History.

I just received the order notification, after I looked and saw that the order had shipped. I’ve e-mailed DS. But it’s probably part of the software update.  I’ll keep an eye on things.

I also have had this problem of no order notification, and worried that it didn’t go.  I found it in my junk mail a week later.  Check that, who knows!!
