Do you use the Cameo Silhouette

Brenda Cook
I checked to see if I could find this topic and did not, so I hope I have not duplicated. If so, please let me know where it is.  TIA

Do any of you use the Cameo Silhouette to cut your stamped line images, not just shapes (or other equipment)? I have been told that you scan in your image and cut even intricate designs.

The reason I ask is that I have some retirement home ladies that are just not able to fussy cut images. And, I am not able to cut for them....too shaky.

If you wish, please respond to me privately.

Thanks to all.

I have a Brother scan and cut.  I don't know of any other machine that will cut out hand stamped images.  I can stamp a sheet of images and the machine will cut them out.  The caveat being the line has to be solid and continuous.  There are some videos on line.  The machine is pricey and the cutting mats are a pain in that when they are new Whisper White will not come off with out tearing and after a couple uses the paper won't hold to the mat and slips during cutting.  I've only had the machine a few month so I'm still learning it.  I have used it for class prep and it saved me.  The little bunny on the below card was cut with scan and cut-saved me a ton of time as there were 18 in this class.

I have an Eclips.
Whilst you can't stamp and cut, here would be a way to do it if you were not using an MDS or svg image.

Never tried it but...
You could scan your stamped image and on your computer convert it to an svg file then using the cutters program you import the svg and then print on your printer with the registration marks....so then it can be cut out.
Would be MUCH easier just to use an MDS svg file stamp....then it can be printed on your own printer and cut out yes.
