Closing an online order

Kelly Taranto
hi all-

I tried to search for how to do this in this forum and on SU's website but couldn't find it.  I closed the workshop on DBWS and all the orders are in.  Now I want the hostess to place her hostess order.  When I got to OEX though, it's not moving me along to the hostess screen - it just keeps prompting me to add a customer.  Anyone have experience with this??

Thank you!
Kelly

Just create a customer entry (could be just for the hostess, doesn' t really matter) - don't add any items to the order and then you should be able to continue along.

You have to have at least one customer and one item on the order.  I think I put in something cheap, and paid for it myself.

Not sure if you got an answer or not, what ds told me is to add yourself as a customer, and order an adhesive. once you do that it will send the order on through to the next screen.
