Connecting with your customers personally is a great way to let them know you care about them as more that just a customer, but also as a friend. Sending them a birthday card is can server both purposes - honoring their special day as well as keeping your name in front of them.
You can also include a discount coupon in their card to entice them to order something for themselves for their birthday.
Take 15 minutes today and send the 5 Birthday cards you stamped earlier in the month.
Plan to send the cards out to your customers a few days to a week in advance of their birthday. You can keep track of when to mail the cards by putting the date to mail them in the spot where the postage stamp will cover. Then each day look at the cards and pop those in the mail that are due for that day. This way you'll never miss your customer's special day!
Share if you include anything special with your Birthday Card to your customer.
Taking Time For Business
Time is a manmade concept. It’s a little hard to swallow sometimes, particularly since everything in our lives seems to revolve around it.
Many times you hear excuses that there just isn’t enough time in the day to build your business.
Each day SUDSOL recommends one 15 minute task to work on to help build your business. These are achievable tasks that you absolutely can do.
Take 15 minutes from your lunch break, after dinner, before heading to work, or some other time that works into your schedule – and tackle just one small task to help build your business!
