It's half way through the month and a great time to stop for a minute and look on where you and your downline are on progress for end of the month goals. There is still time at this point to take corrective action if you're falling behind.
Take 15 minutes and look at these 2 key items:
1) Are you on track to meet your sales goals for the month?
2) Is your downline on track to meet monthly or quarterly sales minimums?
You can find this data easily by using the reports on the SU! website.
For your personal data, look at the "My Key Stats" on the main Demonstrator website. Be sure to know where the next break points are on earning more commission on your personal sales and/or earning more commission on your downline sales.
If you're not on track to meet your sales goals, look at scheduling another workshop or event to bridge the gap.
For your downline information, go to "My Reports" and click on "Downline Reports". You can see who is in pending status that may need encouragement to get in a few more orders before the end of the month. Or who is not on track to meet their quarterly sales minimum.
Call and talk to your downline to make sure they know where they stand and give them ideas on how they can get some additional business by the end of the month.
Share how you plan to step up your business for the rest of the month to meet your sales goals, or how you plan to encourage your downline to do so
Taking Time For Business
Time is a manmade concept. It’s a little hard to swallow sometimes, particularly since everything in our lives seems to revolve around it.
Many times you hear excuses that there just isn’t enough time in the day to build your business.
Each day SUDSOL recommends one 15 minute task to work on to help build your business. These are achievable tasks that you absolutely can do.
Take 15 minutes from your lunch break, after dinner, before heading to work, or some other time that works into your schedule – and tackle just one small task to help build your business!
