Blendabilities exchange

Well I have an interesting problem. I followed the helpful instructions provided by Colleen and did get to the right place. I tried several of the product number for the Blendys that I bought. Eek! As far as SU is concerned I have purchased no Blendabilities at all. No order numbers came up, just the word 'none'. Also the total of dollars they have listed for me in the customer exchange is far less than I have actually spent. Now I am totally lost.

If you ordered them on a demo order, they will NOT come up using that type of search. 
 
Unfortunately, you will need to go to “check order status” and look at all your demo orders to find them.

Do I receive a refund/credit or is it a product exchange? I'm ready to pack them all up with the paperwork but am not sure how SU will handle it. I seem to have read conflicting posts regarding refunds or exchanges. I'd rather have the refund. Thanks.

You CAN get a refund.  If you select a refund, then your "deferred income" will be impacted.  This is explained further in this FAQ: http://www.stampinup.com/us/documents/FAQ_Blendabilities_US_cheryl.pdf

 

Q: What impact will a refund have on my sales and commissions?

A: We don’t want to penalize our demonstrators because of these quality issues. Your sales will not be impacted; however, online orders or orders with customer payments will have the deferred income deducted from your next commission payment.

 

This makes sense as you got paid 20% (and likely more - volume rebate, etc.) on the purchase price of the markers, so they're getting the 20% instant income back - if it was a customer payment.

 

If these were YOUR order (or demo payment), then they'll refund the amount less the 20% instant income they already paid you on the order.
