Recently Internet Explorer and Google Chrome updated - for many it does this automatically so you may be unaware.
It appears that for some people this has caused a glitch in logging into SUDSOL!
If you are having trouble logging into SUDSOL - please try resetting the defaults in your browser, then shutting down completely and restarting. This usually fixes the problem!
This is a setting in the browser that was recently updated.
Instructions to do this:
Click on Tools > Internet Options.
Go to the Advanced tab
Click on the Reset button.
click on the Customize and control Google Chrome button > Settings.
Click on Advanced Settings.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, until you reached the "Reset browser settings" section.
Click on Reset browser settings.
